Erik Anderson grew up in Milford, New Hampshire and has resided in northern New England for nearly his entire life. A few simple twists of fate brought Erik to Chelsea in the fall of 2001 and he has resided here ever since. He now lives with his wife and three children in an old farm house they have worked on for years. The Anderson family enjoys hiking, skating, gardening, playing in water (liquid or solid) and reading. Tess Holbrook- 7/8 Humanities

Tess Holbrook grew up in the hills of VT, enjoying the nature, art, and kindness of the communities. She studied Film & Directing in college and spent the past 10 years working in the entertainment industry in Chicago, LA, and NYC. Every summer, Tess would travel home to run The Chelsea Funnery, an acting camp for teens in Chelsea, VT. A few summers ago, she decided VT was just too beautiful to leave! She is excited to join the First Branch school, where she'll teach 7th/8th-grade Humanities. Tess's hobbies include writing, reading, and puzzles!

Emily is a lifelong Vermonter and sees herself as a lifelong learner. She and her husband have four children spread across middle school, high school, and college. Emily joined the Tunbridge faculty in 2020 after working in the Chelsea School for two years. Chris Franske- 7/8 Science

Chris Franske has been teaching science for 15 years - the last 8 at TCS.  Chris loves spending time outside with his partner, his two boys (ages 7 and 4) and his dog, Digby.  Things that make Chris happy include: Burritos, Guitars, Trees, Bikes, Pizza, Skis, and Mountains.  In addition to Vermont, Chris has lived in Wisconsin, California, New York and Illinois. Mike Gray -5/6 Science

Mike Gray grew up just down the road in Royalton, VT.  He has taught science for 20 years, starting right here in Chelsea, before spending the last 15 years in Randolph. He is very excited to become part of the First Branch community and be part of the ⅚ team.  Michael enjoys playing golf, basketball and soccer, and is a fan of the Boston Celtics and Miami Dolphins. Besides sports he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, doing puzzles, reading, and spending time outdoors.
