Ms. Dee grew up in Connecticut as the first born of four to two educators for parents who filled her mind with adventure, a love of learning, and a commitment to being creative and sharing her knowledge to students. She resides in Barre, VT with her adoring husband, Jon, two chocolate lab brothers, a cat who adopted the family, and a rescue tarantula. When she is not teaching, Dee is spending time with her family hiking, laying on a beach blanket, or snuggling in a dog pile, but she can also be caught painting, researching, cooking, and going down rabbit holes.
